Mayor Whalen discusses the language added to the Downtown Specific Plan this past Tuesday, and the positive effect it will have on local business. We also discuss the climbing numbers of deaths and infections here in Orange County, and whether he expects the county to ever mandate masks. We ask him if our “strong recommendation” is enough here locally, or if we should mandate them in bars and non essential businesses.
