Last night local activist group, Village Laguna hosted the first of 4 planned debates with candidates for City Council. Present members Steve Dicterow (mayor) and Bob Whelan debated Verna Rollinger and newcomer Judy Mancuso. Here our friend Mike Waldman reports and chats informally with jason Feddy about the event.
