Mayor Kempf talks about the long, arduous process of undergrounding on the canyon, and whether or not we might see Caltrans sign the Project Study Report soon. Also, she explains the importance of speakers respecting the process & spirit of public comment, as some speakers look to engage with councilmembers, and continue speaking LONG after their 3 minutes are up… which is disrespectful to other speakers, and to the viewing audience.
