“Makes You Fly” is the latest single from Italian psych-rock duo, Dumbo Gets Mad. The track is the first piece of new music since the group’s 2015 album, Thank You Neil. The four year gap is also a first for the group, which has put out a steady stream of albums since their highly-praised 2011 debut, Elephants at the Door. With each LP, they’ve established themselves as one of the most interesting psych projects of the decade, using obscure experimentation to create a multi-textured soundscape unlike anything else heard today. It’s a unique experience uplifted by their charming pop songwriting and bold attitudes. With “Makes You Fly,” we’re excited to see what comes next and hungry for more from the psychedelic duo.
