After a marathon meeting, Mayor Whalen discusses the pilot program to close lower Forest, unanimously approved by council, and set for June 15-Sept. 7. We discuss the next step, if it proves successful, and the expectations of the ART Space proposed by The Arts Commission and the Cultural Arts department. We also talk about the city’s halting the use of rodenticides, and the difficulty of mandating the same for businesses and residents.
