Special guest Gary LeFebvre  is the immediate past president of the Laguna Beach Democratic Club and I’m on the board of Village Laguna and a twenty year resident of Laguna Beach and a native Southern Californian. Gary identifies the issues at hand as being over-development as he feels it can have a detrimental effect on the functionality of our city and damage our environment. Traffic in our city is a significant problem and our culture and environment are changing.  We need to protect our small town, our greenbelt, the blue-belt AND in turn and our culture.  The historic, natural and cultural  resources all being part of a larger /global effort and the current and urgent local concerns.
