Mayor Kempf discusses some of the items touched on during Tuesday’s City Council meeting, including approval of the Promenade Forest Program Plan as a guide to develop 2 distinct concept plans for future consideration…also a suggested renaming of the Promenade. She talks about water conservation, drought tolerant plants, and the claim that Laguna Beach does not use reclaimed water for watering city landscapes & grass. We discuss whether or not 3 parking enforcement officers are enough to patrol all of Laguna Beach. And, she answers the question of whether or not the City was caught flatfooted with regards to cobblestone replacement / repair at Main Beach.
